Only several times a year is there a fifth Thursday. On this fifth Thursday we are granted an extra time that in that month to gather together and play our ukuleles.
I dub this special day Wacky Hat Fifth Thursday. So join me this Thursday to play our ukuleles and don an Wacky Hat (or a normal hat) if you desire.
